Briley turned one on April 15th! Her "real" birthday fell on a Thursday so we wanted to do something that night to celebrate! After I got off of work at 2, I ran to a local bakery to get her a mini cake. We couldn't not let her eat cake on her birthday! Then we met Michael and Nana at the park for our 1st park visit. It was perfect, she swang for over an hour and loved every second of it! Then we went over to Nana's house and she had her 1st taste of macaroni and cheese (which has now become one of her favorite foods) and then we let her sample her little cake. She LOVED it! She wasn't sure at first but quickly warmed up to it. After that we gave her a few gifts to open. We got her a few smaller toys and an outfit to open that day.
