A Day in the Life of the Dodd's: More Fun in the Sun

It's been a few weeks since i've posted. Briley is still loving the water! Her swimming pool at Nana's house somehow ended up with a hole in it so we ended up just improvising! We put her on a towel and just squirted her with the hose. She LOVED it. Her favorite part of the water anyway is trying to "drink" it so she really loved the hose. Here are a few pictures.

She got to ride on the lawn mower for the first time as well this weekend. She wasl loving it! Reagan was there, so she got to ride too!

Briley still isn't 100% walking but she is getting closer and closer every day. She still likes for us to hold her hand while she leads us around the house. She is taking more and more steps by the day though. I'm sure any time now she will be flying through the house.

We also went to get her a pair of walking shoes from stride rite a few weeks ago. Because her foot is so fat we had to get an extra-wide. I knew her foot was chunky but I didn't think it was that big! lol They aren't the cutest shoes in the world but she walked in these the best and they help support the ankles too. At least we were able to get some with little flowers on them! I will add a photo of them soon!

Last weekend she got to swim in her "whale" pool at Gi-Gi's house. She was loving it. We were out there for almost an hour, which is longer than she has ever wanted to stay out before. She is also becoming alot more brave. She kept standing up in the water and moving around, she even discovered she can get on her belly and kick! It was so fun watching her play.
